Use this checklist as a quick reference to ensure your home is prepared and looking its best for a photo shoot or open house. Attract potential buyers by showcasing your property’s top features.

Lawn & Garden

  • Mow the lawn and edge along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds.

  • Trim hedges, shrubs, and trees to create a neat appearance.

  • Remove weeds from flower beds and pathways.

  • Sweep up leaves, twigs, and other debris from walkways and driveways.

  • Water plants, flowers, and grass to keep them looking fresh and vibrant.

Exterior Cleaning

  • Sweep patios, decks, and porches to remove dirt and debris.

  • Wash outdoor furniture and arrange it neatly.

  • Store away any garden tools, toys, and trash cans out of sight.

Outdoor Lighting
